Our website has a secure area for all of our account customers. Account customers are able to place orders, view a history of a previous order placed, leave a message about an order, view an invoice, place a request for a survey, view quotations and much more.
We always provide emailed updates to our customers from acknowledgment of an order to completion of the work. If additional work is required but it exceeds your order limit, we will provide you with a quotation before proceeding.
Health & Safety
National Lock & Safe is commitment to Health & Safety when any of our engineers is attending a site. We can provide method statements and carry out risk assessment for any work carried out and we always ensure a safe working environment for both our engineers and anybody else around them.
We always aim to keep our customers more than satisfied with our service and will regularly perform checks to monitor our performance. If we get something wrong and sometimes things do go wrong, we aim to put them right as soon as possible. If you have any suggestion that may improve our services, we are all ears! Opening an Account
