OUR WEBSITE
Our website has a secure area for all of our account customers. Account customers are able to create, view and leave a message on orders, view an invoice, create and view a quotation request and much more.
We always provide emailed updates to our customers - from acknowledgement of an order to completion of the work. If additional work is required, but it exceeds your order limit, we would provide you with a quotation before proceeding.

National Lock & Safe is firmly committed to promoting a high standard of health & safety on all sites and ensuring compliance with all legal obligations in respect to the Health & Safety at Work Act.
We recognise and value the importance of an excellent safety record and positive safety culture. We require all employees, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and visitors to play an active part in maintaining this standard.

We always aim to keep our customers more than satisfied with our service and regularly perform checks to monitor our performance. If we get something wrong (and sometimes this can happen) we always aim to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you have any suggestions that may improve our services, we are all ears!
