Our website has a secure area for all of our account customers. Account customers are able to create, view and leave a message on orders, view an invoice, create and view a quotation request and much more. 
We always provide emailed updates to our customers - from acknowledgement of an order to completion of the work. If additional work is required, but it exceeds your order limit, we would provide you with a quotation before proceeding.
