SERVICE TEAM ADMINISTRATOR 
FULL-TIME POSITION ONLY (CURRENTLY NO PART-TIME VACANCIES) 
Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 
OFFICE BASED ROLE IN WATFORD BUSINESS PARK, CROXLEY GREEN, WD18 8SA 
SALARY £25,000 
This will be raised to £27,000 upon successful completion of 6 month probation period 
4 weeks holiday + bank holidays 
And your birthday off (nobody should work a birthday!) 
 
We operate 24/7 so the role includes an element of “On Call”. This is on a rota basis. 
The On Call shift is carried out from home/mobile. 
This is additional pay of over £5k per year.

Key Responsibilities: 
We are an emergency service to many high street retailers and other large organisations. Our Locksmiths and Safe Crackers are in constant demand when our customers break locks, keys or doors and cannot trade. 
As a Service Team Administrator, we need you to help that customer by providing a fast, efficient, professional service, assisting with scheduling, communication, and documentation. 
You will serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Maintain positive relationships with clients. 
 
Qualifications: 
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a service environment. 
Excellent communication skills. 
Proficient in office software - mainly Microsoft Office 365. 
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. 
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 
 
Due to the nature of our business, all successful applicants will need to complete a DBS check.
